Mystrade is cannon y’all

So Tara and I were watching Scandal at her house with her parents. I noticed that, in the scene with Irene talking about her demands with Mycroft, his pocket square does not match his tie in ANY WAY. His pocket square is red with large white polka dots and his tie is green. This is contrary to EVERYTHING we’ve seen of Mycroft, as he always looks coordinated, if not matching. The only logical conclusion is that Mycroft was called away from some… pressing business to deal with Irene (and Sherlock) and didn’t notice what he picked up.

Like Greg’s boxers.
